CBD capsules: an exact serving, no measuring

A capsule solves the one inconvenience of an oil — the measuring. Each holds the same amount of cannabidiol, stated on the pack, so the serving is identical every time, with no dropper and no hemp taste. That is what makes capsules easy to travel with and easy to keep to.

They compare on two numbers: milligrams in one capsule and capsules in the pack. A pack of 900 mg with 30 capsules means 30 mg per capsule. The pack total tells you how long it lasts; the per-capsule figure tells you what you are taking at once.

Unlike a sublingual oil a capsule goes through the digestive tract, so it is swallowed with water like any food supplement. Do not exceed the amount stated on the label, and do not use it as a substitute for a varied diet.
