1. The withdrawal period

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you nominate, take possession of the goods.

Where an order is delivered in parts, it starts when the last part arrives.

2. How to do it

It is enough to send the statement before the 14 days are up — the goods do not have to be on their way by then.

• Send a statement to info@cbdshop.bg, or use the model form below.
• Give the order number, the product, and a bank account for the refund.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of your statement.

4. Refunds

We refund what you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement.

We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show they have been sent.

The direct cost of returning them is yours.

5. When withdrawal does not apply

The law excludes certain goods from the right of withdrawal. For our range that means:

• sealed food supplements whose packaging has been opened after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons;
• goods which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Unopened goods in their original packaging can be returned freely within the 14 days.

6. Damaged or wrong goods

If what arrived is damaged, wrong or not as described, that is not a withdrawal but a complaint — and the return is entirely at our cost.
