CBD for dogs and cats
Products for animals differ from human ones in two ways, both of which matter. Strengths are lower and dosed by the animal’s weight, and the composition leaves out things that are safe for a person and toxic to a pet — above all xylitol, and essential oils that are dangerous to cats.
So a human product is not given to an animal, not even "a little": the formulations differ, not just the amount. The carrier is usually hemp or salmon oil rather than whatever oil suits a person.
Before giving it to an animal with a diagnosis, on medication or pregnant, consult a veterinarian. These are complementary pet foods, not veterinary medicines.
