We deliver across Bulgaria with Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW in 1–2 working days. Orders over €50 ship free. Pay on delivery (cash on delivery) or in advance by bank transfer.
1. Delivery methods and prices
You choose the delivery method at checkout. Prices are the same across the country.
Orders over €50 ship free — whichever delivery method you choose.

The delivery price shown in your cart at checkout is the one that applies.
2. Coverage
Econt runs the largest office network in Bulgaria — over 550 offices, including in smaller towns. Speedy has over 600 offices and lockers, and BOX NOW lockers are available around the clock in the bigger cities.
If there is no courier office in your town, choose delivery to your address — it covers the whole country.
3. When your parcel arrives
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days once the parcel is handed to the courier. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next working day.
When the parcel ships you receive its tracking number, which you can follow on the courier’s site.
4. Payment methods
- Cash on delivery — pay when you receive the parcel, in cash or by card at the courier’s office.
- Bank transfer — we ship the order once the transfer reaches our account.
- Online card payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay — coming soon.
Bank details will be published here once the company is registered. Until then we recommend cash on delivery.
5. On receipt
Inspect the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged or the contents do not match your order, write to info@cbdshop.bg — we will replace the product or refund you.
You may withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving a reason — the conditions and steps are on the Returns page.
