The terms on which you enter into a distance contract with the online shop cbdshop.bg. Drawn up under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.
1. Trader details
The online shop cbdshop.bg is operated by the company (registration in progress), company number to follow, address to follow.
Contact: info@cbdshop.bg, +359 00 000 0000.
The company is being registered. Until then we accept orders with cash on delivery and bank transfer.
2. What we sell
The products in this shop are hemp-based food supplements and cosmetics containing under 0.2% THC, produced in the EU.
They are not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a varied diet or medical advice.
We do not sell to anyone under 18.
3. How the contract is formed
You order by adding products to the cart and filling in your delivery details. Pressing "Place Order" is an order with an obligation to pay.
The contract is formed when we confirm the order to the email address you gave. If we cannot fulfil it we will tell you, and you will not be charged.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery charge is shown during checkout, before you confirm, and is added to the amount payable.
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency will be added once a payment provider is in place.
5. Delivery
We deliver with Econt, Speedy and BOX NOW — to an office, a parcel locker or your address. Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days within Bulgaria.
Delivery is free on orders over €50.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take possession of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement to the email address above or use the model form on the Returns page.
We refund what you paid, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back.
The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.
Statutory exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery. That covers opened food supplements.
7. Conformity and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity with the contract for two years from delivery, under the law transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771.
Where goods do not conform you are entitled to repair or replacement, and in defined cases to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
Send complaints to info@cbdshop.bg describing the problem, with your order details.
8. Disputes
If we have not settled a dispute between us, you may approach the Commission for Consumer Protection — 4A Slaveykov Sq., Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, tel. 0700 111 22, www.kzp.bg.
The conciliation commissions attached to the CCP are also available for alternative dispute resolution.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and no longer applies, which is why it is not linked here.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies to anything not covered here. These terms do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
