How to choose a CBD product

It comes down to three decisions, and none of them is "which is strongest". First the format: an oil with a dropper lets you vary the amount, capsules give the same serving every time with no taste and no measuring, paste is the most concentrated form, topicals go on the skin. Second the extract type — full spectrum, broad spectrum or isolate. Third the strength, and that is read in milligrams per serving rather than in percentages.

The percentage on a label is a concentration, not an amount. A 10% oil in a 10 ml bottle holds 1000 mg of cannabidiol, which is about 5 mg in a drop; the same 10% in a 30 ml bottle gives the same drop and lasts three times as long. So compare milligrams per drop or per serving, not percentages between bottles of different sizes.
